Jessica is a second-generation pharmacist. She graduated from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2011 where she received her Pharm D. It was during a school rotation that Jessica found her calling as a geriatric pharmacist. She started with MTS after graduation and has also worked in long term care pharmacies. She is currently our transition of care specialist pharmacist, focusing on new short stay admits and change of conditions. Whenever Jessica has the opportunity she enjoys attending conferences to further her pharmacy knowledge and relationships. Jessica is blessed with a wonderful husband to two spunky young daughters who bring so much joy to her life.
Sepideh Khaef, PharmD

Sepideh graduated from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy in 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in Optometry. She had the opportunity of being an intern in different settings and found her passion in caring for the geriatric population and wants to continue to advance her career as a consultant in the post-acute, long-term care setting. Sepideh is married and has a happy fur baby named Toffee. She enjoys long walks and outdoor activities with her family.
Divina Waked, PharmD

Divina is a licensed pharmacist with more than 22 years of experience including 11 years of providing pharmacy services and consultation in long-term care setting. She received her pharmacy degree from The Lebanese University in Lebanon. She served her internship at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Divina worked as a staff pharmacist at PharMerica in Knoxville, Tennessee. After moving to Houston, she continued working for PharMerica as a consultant pharmacist before joining MTS in 2016. She is dedicated to providing quality patient care and has outstanding interpersonal skills with a track record of establishing positive relationships with customers, pharmaceutical representatives, medical professionals, and healthcare organizations. She is married and has 3 beautiful children. She enjoys aerobics and running.
Danielle El-Hallal, PharmD

Danielle is a recent graduate from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy. She had the opportunity to spend six weeks with MTS during her rotations. What she found was a company that blends the best of pharmacy care with strong people skills and service. She is excited to start her career in a company that allows her to learn and grow while still keeping that special human element in perspective. During her free time, Danielle enjoys exploring the restaurant scene, watching movies, cooking creative new dishes, and playing with her cats.
